By accessing or using Odin's Oracle ("the Service"), operated by Odin's Eye Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Odin's Oracle provides astrological readings, rune interpretations, and related symbolic content for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. All readings are generated using astronomical data and symbolic traditions and are not intended as professional advice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or one-time basis depending on the plan selected. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
5. API Usage
API access is granted according to the limits of your subscription tier. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access. Excessive usage that degrades service for other users may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Odin's Eye Enterprises and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer
Oracle readings and astrological content are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. They do not constitute professional financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
Odin's Eye Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
