We collect information you provide directly: email address, birth date and time, birth location (for chart computation), and any readings or journal entries you save. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and API call logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, generate personalized oracle readings, process payments, send transactional emails, and analyze usage patterns to improve performance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
- Anthropic Claude — AI-assisted reading generation
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your authenticated session and remember preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your readings from the dashboard or request full data deletion by contacting us. Deleting your account removes all personally identifiable information within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes. API logs are retained for 90 days.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
